Jiawood x Kalaf Studios

Inspired by Japanese Andon lanterns, this series features built-in lanterns and two drawers, designed by Jiawood and crafted with Roozbeh Roozban of Kalaf’s Crafts. The wood used comes from Roozbeh’s 15-year collection of rare Iranian timber, including Persian walnut, oak, and mulberry. Each piece features a unique kumiko panel and is assembled with traditional joinery, hand-finished
